2016-17 (Junior): Did not see action during his junior season.
2015-16 (Sophomore): Appeared in nine games, starting in three during his sophomore year. Registered a goal in a 6-1 win at Saint Anselm (10/30).
2014-15 (Freshman): Appeared in all 18 games for Stonehill during his freshman campaign. Scored the game-winning goal against Franklin Pierce in the 82nd minute on a header off a cross from teammate Mathew Gallo (10/8). Registered six shots on the year.
High School: 2014 graduate of La Salle Academy in Providence, R.I. Named All-State as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Led his team to a 17-0-2 mark and a Division I state championship as a senior, scoring the game-winning goal in the title game. Named the MVP of the state tournament, and an NSCAA All-Region I selection. Played club soccer with the Bayside Bolts FC.
Personal: Born July 23, 1996 in Fall River, Mass. Son of Rick and Diane Torres of Swansea, Mass. Has a brother, Tyler (21). Chose Stonehill because of the campus and academics. Enjoys snowboarding and fishing in his free time. Lists his favorite team as the Spanish national team and his favorite player as David Villa.
