Keogh Named To NE-10 All-Rookie Squad

Garden City, N.Y. native started all 16 matches for Skyhawks

EASTON, Mass. (November, 11 2013) – Stonehill College freshman back Patrick Keogh (Garden City, N.Y./Garden City) has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference Men's Soccer All-Rookie Team, it was announced last week by the league office.

Keogh was one of six Skyhawks, and the lone freshman, to start all sixteen matches this season. He posted three total shots, including two on goal, and one assist.

Keogh was named to the inaugural Catholic Cup All-Tournament team following Stonehill's 1-1 performance in the season's opening weekend. His assist against Saint Michael's College in the Catholic Cup consolation match set up junior forward Will Miller's (El Dorado Hills, Calif./Shoreham-Wading River) match-winning tally in the 89th minute.

Prior to his arrival at Stonehill, Keogh was a two-year letter winner at Garden City High School, for head coaches Carlo Mazerese and Paul Cutter. He earned All-Conference accolades as a junior and All-County honors as a senior.
