Senior midfielder Vince Scaravillo (Syracuse, N.Y./Westhill) provided the game-winner for the Dolphins in the 100th minute on a feed from sophomore midfielder Alexander Lautner (Munich, Germany/Theodolinden Gymnasium). After Lautner played a chip over the Skyhawks defense, Scaravillo corralled the ball, sprinted down the right flank and struck a shot into the upper right corner of the net for his second goal of the season.

Stonehill tied up the contest at 1-1 in the 86th minute on senior midfielder Jonathan Hope's (Avon, Conn./Avon) first marker of the year. Hope possessed his rebound in the box and blasted home his second shot through a sea of defenders to force the overtime session.

Sophomore back Ben Zandonella (South Windsor, Conn./South Windsor) nearly won the game for the Skyhawks at the 89:45 mark with a booming kick that was punched away by Le Moyne junior goalkeeper Matthew Silva (Brampton, Ontario/St. Augustine) off of the right corner post. The loose ball was gathered by the Skyhawks outside of the 18-yard line, but shot out of bounds clearing any further danger for the Dolphins.

Le Moyne forward Emmanuel Chanelo (Syracuse, N.Y./Corcoran) opened up the scoring in the 25th minute as he corralled a pass just outside the box, headed the ball forwarded, beat a defender and sniped a shot into the lower right corner of the net for his first of the season.

Silva stopped three shots in net for the Dolphins while Stonehill freshman goalkeeper Luke Besse (Hamilton, Mass./Hamilton-Wenham) turned aside six shots.

The Skyhawks outshot the Dolphins, 17-15, and both teams recorded four corner kicks apiece.
