2012: Started all five games he played in, posting a 2-3 record. Notched 18 saves on 29 shots, earning a .621 save percentage. Compiled a 2.16 goals against average, with 11 goals against in 459:16 minutes played. Started his first collegiate game against Assumption (9/25), a 5-1 loss. Collected three saves and posted his first career win in a 2-1 victory against American International (10/3). Registered a career-high six saves in a 2-1 overtime loss against Le Moyne (10/13). Notched four saves in a 4-2 win against Saint Rose.

High School: 2012 graduate of Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School. Four-year letter winner and three-year varsity member of the soccer squad. Earned the Coach's Award as a freshman. Became the starting goaltender of the varsity squad during his sophomore season. Earned Salem Evening News honorable mention honors and CAL All-Star honors as a junior. During his senior season, earned ESPN All-State MA Team honors, CAL All-League accolades, a selection to the Salem Evening News All-Star team, named to the Boston Globe Top-Five Northeast Players to Watch list and the Coach's Award. Played for the Aztec FC club team.

Personal: Born on November 12, 1993 in Champaign Urbana, Illinois. Son of Jackie and Tod Besse of Hamilton, Mass. Lists favorite team as Arsenal and favorite athlete as Joe Hart. Majoring in pre-medicine/biology.
