2010 graduate of Billerica Memorial H.S. Three-year letterwinner for coach John Vassallo; served as team captain as a senior. Named to the Merrimack Valley Conference All-Conference team as a senior. Named MVC All-Star as a junior. Also a two-year letterwinner in lacrosse, where he was a two-time MVC All-Star.

Born July 19, 1992, Winchester, Mass. Son of Edward and Catherine Canniff of Billerica, Mass. Has two brothers, Brian (17) and Daniel (13). Father, Edward, played tennis for Holy Cross. Majoring in marketing. Goal at Stonehill is to win a conference championship. Favorite team is Manchester United; favorite athlete is Cesc Fabregas.
