High Scool: 2009 graduate of Canandaigua Academy. Served as team captain. Selected to 2007 and 2008 Finger Lakes first-team All-Star. Awarded MVP in 2007 and Defensive MVP in 2008. A 2008 Section V Senior All-Star, he was also selected to the 2007 Section V All-Tournament team. Holds school's records for most shutouts in a career, most shutouts in a season, lowest goals against avergae in a season, and least goals allowed in a season.

Personal: Born May 21, 1991, Rochester, New York. Son of Jeff and Yvonne Schott of Carandaigua, New York. He has a sister, Ellen (21). Majoring in pre-dentistry. His greatest sports memory is winning the State Championship in lacrosse. Supports Barcelona and cites his favorite athlete Messi.
