Freshmen Daniel Largey (Oceanport, New Jersey/Peddie School) and Will Moreton (Minneapolis, Minnesota/Edina) were both selected to the NE10's All-Rookie team following strong first seasons at the collegiate level. Stonehill is the lone program to place multiple freshmen on the All-Rookie team, marking just the third time in the 16 years the NE10 has issued an All-Rookie Team a program has had two honorees in the same season, and the first since Saint Anselm College did so in 2007-08. The Skyhawks duo give the program seven All-Rookie honores all-time selections and its first since teammate Ryan Logan (Fredericktown, Ohio/Fredericktown) earned the honors as a freshman in 2014.

Largey, a three-time Spalding/NE10 Rookie of the Week, appeared in all 27 games for Stonehill this season, starting 12, and emerged as the top three-point shooter in the country, as he connected on a school-record 53.2-percent of his three-point attempts (67-for-126) for the season – tops in Division II and the NE10. He matched a program record when he buried nine three-pointers (on just 11 attempts) in a 29 point night during an 83-71 non-conference win at The College of Saint Rose on December 12. That followed an 8-for-10 shooting performance from beyond the arc as he netted a season-high 31 points in a win over Queens (N.Y.) College in just his second collegiate game on November 12.

Largey also shot a team-best 55.8-percent from the field overall (6th NE10), converting 80.7-percent of his free-throws (46-for-57), finishing second on the team with 12.3 points per game, while adding 3.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 24.6 minutes per game. He posted 17 double-figure scoring games this season, posting the lone 30-point game of the year, with 20-plus points four times, finishing the season with seven-straight double-figure scoring games. Largey led the Skyhawks in scoring eight times and canned four three-pointers or more seven occasions.

Moreton is one of three Stonehill players to start all 27 games this season as he averaged nine points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists, a blocked shot and a steal in 26.7 minutes per game. He shot 43.6-percent from the floor, including 37.1-percent from three-point distance (39-for-105), and connected on 87.5% of his free-throws (28-32) for the season. Moreton ranks 11th in the NE10 for blocked shots per game, while finishing second on the team in rebounding.

Moreton posted ten double-figure scoring games in his freshman year, including a season-high 19 points in a win at rival Bentley University on February 1 in which he also grabbed a season-best 14 rebounds for his first career double-double. He led the Skyhawks in rebounding seven times (2nd on the team) and assists on three occasions – dishing out a season-high five against Merrimack College on November 22. Moreton blocked a season-best three shots twice.
