Courtney Osier is in her sixth year as an assistant coach with the Stonehill field hockey program, assisting head coach Susan Ciufo by working with the Skyhawks goalkeepers. In addition to her duties with the field hockey program, she is Recreational Sports Manager at the College.

Stonehill has maintained its position as one of the top defensive squads in the Northeast-10 over Osier's tenure as goalkeepers coach. The Skyhawks captured the NE-10 Tournament championship in 2014 and 2015, five NCAA Tournament bids, reaching the national semifinals those seasons as well. Osier has mentored current captain and starting goalkeeper, Sara Freedman, who has earned All-NE10 second team honors as a sophomore, while also collecting NE10 and Synapse Sports Division II All-Rookie honors.

Osier returned to her alma mater after gaining experience as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth for two seasons. She assisted head coach Nicole Maher in all facets of drills, game preparation and administrative duties, while providing direct instruction, training and skill development for the Corsairs goalkeepers.

Osier has also served as head goalkeeping coach for Lead the Way Field Hockey Club in Saundertown, R.I., since 2011 and Futures Elite Head Goalie Coach for USA Field Hockey out of Cambridge, Marlborough and Milford, Mass. She is a certified USA Field Hockey Level II accredited coach, having helped lead a U16 team at the National Futures Championships in 2008.

Osier earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in business administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts for graphic studio design from Stonehill in 2011. The South Dennis, Mass., native was a standout goalkeeper for the Skyhawks and still ranks fifth in program history with 230 career saves, while her 100 saves her senior season rank seventh on the program's single season list. Osier started 65 of the 68 games she played over her four year career, helping lead Stonehill to a Northeast-10 Conference regular season championship her junior year and back-to-back NCAA Division II Final Four appearances her junior and senior seasons. She participated in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II North/South Senior All-Star Game and finished her career with a 1.32 goals against average, 18 shutouts and 45-20 record in goal.

Osier completed her Master's of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in marketing from the UMass Dartmouth Charlton College of Business. She is skilled in graphic design and also works as a freelance graphic designer.
