EASTON, Mass. (December 9, 2014) – Stonehill College junior forwards Lauren Giordano (Watertown, Massachusetts/Watertown) and Erika Kelly (Watertown, Massachusetts/Watertown) were both named to the All-Tournament team for the NCAA Division II Championships in Louisville, Kentucky, for their performance in the national semifinals on Thursday.

Giordano and Kelly both earn NCAA All-Tournament team honors for the first time in their career after leading Stonehill in its 3-2 setback to No. 4-ranked LIU Post at Trager Stadium on the campus of the University of Louisville on Thursday. Giordano scored both Skyhawk goals as they fought back from one goal deficits in both the first and second halves before being edged out on a late Pioneers goal. Kelly chipped in with an assist for the afternoon, setting up Giordano's second goal in the 44th minute, less than three minutes after LIU Post had taken its second lead of the game. Giordano's first of the game in the 28th minute came seven minutes after the Pioneers' opening goal.
