Part of a defensive unit which ranked fourth in the NE-10 with a 1.78 team goals against average, yielding 11.5 shots, including 7.6 on goal, and 6.7 penalty corners per game with three shutouts. Team ranked ninth nationally in Division II for team goals against average and shutouts. Made her collegiate debut in win over Saint Michael's (9/28). Also played in home wins over Southern Connecticut State (10/19) and Dowling (10/27) as well as NE-10 Tournament win over Southern Connecticut (11/5).
High School: 2013 graduate of North Attleboro High School. Three year letterwinner for coach Karen Folan. Received MIAA Student-Athlete Citizenship Award and was a Sun Chronicle All-Star as she led the Rocketeers in scoring her junior and senior seasons. Also earned Hockomock League All-Star honors and collected the team's Best Offensive Player Award. Also lettered in softball and basketball, earning Sun Chronicle and Hockomock League All-Star honors for softball and receiving the Coach's Award in basketball. Bay State Games participant and played club field hockey with Lead The Way.
Personal: Born April 12, 1995, in Providence, R.I. Daughter of John and Laura Del Bonis of North Attleboro, Mass. Father played collegiate golf at Bryant University and is a PGA Golf Professional at Quidnessett Country Club in North Kingstown, R.I. Majoring in criminology. Chose to attend Stonehill because of the great combination of athletics and academics. Supports the Boston Red Sox. Lists Dustin Pedroia as a favorite athlete.
