Only a sophomore, Jackie Ladino already has 20 career assists, fourth most in school history.



Northeast-10 Release

North Easton, Mass. - Senior Aly Boulis (Lincoln, R.I.) and junior Kerri Sullivan (Goffstown, N.H.) were both named to the Northeast-10 All Conference First-Team, while sophomore Jackie Ladino (North Dartmouth, Mass.) and senior Caitlin Gleason (New Boston, N.H.) received second team honors it was announced by the conference office.

Boulis, who started her season off with a bang, scoring three goals in the season-opening win, finished her senior campaign with a team-best 13 goals. She was named Northeast-10 player of the week on two occasions this season and was the eighth Stonehill student-athlete to be featured in the "Faces in the Crowd" section of Sports Illustrated earlier this month.

Sullivan, who was named the Northeast-10 Freshman of the Year in 2005, anchored a defense that posted seven shutouts and never yielded more than two goals in a NE-10 game. An excellent two-way player, Sullivan had three goals and three assists, including the game-winning goal in the Skyhawks dramatic 3-2 come from behind win over St. Michael's.

Ladino has already etched her name as one of the top playmakers in Skyhawk lore with back-to-back 10 assist seasons. Her 20 helpers rank fourth on the school's all-time list. She earned Northeast-10 player of the week after scoring two goals in an early season upset of UMass-Lowell. She wrapped up her sophomore campaign with 22 points (six goals, 10 assists) and two game-winners.

Gleason, ends her career with another monster season, collecting 28 points (10 goals, eight assists), tied with Boulis for most on the team. She was named player of the week after scoring five goals in a three-game span, including all three in a win over Southern Connecticut. The duo finishes their careers 1-2 in points, with Gleason sitting at 132 and Boulis at 95.

St. Michael's Andrea Slaven, who scored the game-winning goal in the Purple Knights' 2-1 overtime win over the Skyhawks in the Northeast-10 quarterfinals, was named the regular season MVP.

Stonehill, finishes its season at 15-6 overall.
