MILLERSVILLE, Pa.-- Junior Aly Boulis (Lincoln, R.I.) netted a pair of goals and sophomore Kerri Sullivan (Goffstown, N.H.) added a goal and an assist to lead Stonehill to a 4-3 non-league college field hockey victory over Millersville Sunday afternoon at Chryst Field.

Senior All-America Kelly Latendresse (Sidney, Maine) staked the visiting Skyhawks (3-0) to a 1-0 lead with an unassisted tally that came with 51 seconds remaining in the opening half, but the host Marauders (1-2) evened matters at the break when junior Tiffani Goff (New Oxford, Pa.) scored off a penalty corner. Boulis then netted her two goals within a 2:20 span early in the second half to give Stonehill a 3-1 edge, with the second marker coming on an assist from junior Caitlin Gleason (New Boston, N.H.), and Sullivan scored what proved to be the game-winner with just over 20 minutes remaining to stake the visitors to a 4-1 cushion. Millersville closed to within one with a pair of tallies that came 2:41 apart, as junior Lynn DeAngelis (Harrisburg, Pa.) converted a pass from fellow junior Gabby Caronia (Nazareth, Pa.) in the 58th minute, and senior Laura Chiodo (Downingtown, Pa.) took a feed from junior Jaclyn Kulesza (Oxford, Pa.) with just over 10 minutes to play, but the hosts got no closer.

Junior Dani Ryder (Gloucester, Mass.) picked up the win in goal for Stonehill by making one save on the day, while freshman Jessica Heckman (Harrisburg, Pa.) made 19 stops in net for Millersville as the Skyhawks outshot the Marauders by a 26-5 margin to pick up their 15th straight regular season victory dating back to last September.

Stonehill travels to Waltham, Mass. on Thursday evening to take on rival Bentley in a Northeast-10 Conference match that begins at 7:00 p.m., while Millersville hosts East Stroudsburg in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference match on Wednesday evening at Chryst Field beginning at 7:00 p.m.
