The first official event at W.B. Mason Stadium will have to wait one more day…
Impending weather conditions in the region brought on by the remnants of Hurricane Katrina has forced the postponement of Wednesday’s scheduled field hockey match between Stonehill and Saint Anselm that was to have been played at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
The match has been re-scheduled for Thursday, September 1st and will be played at W.B. Mason Stadium beginning at 7:00 p.m. EDT. Head Coach Pam Arpe’s Skyhawks are set to open their Northeast-10 Conference slate after beginning the new season with a 3-0 non-league victory at Mansfield last Saturday afternoon.
