Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Colleen McLaughlin, Stonehill (So., D, Methuen, MA) - Netted three goals for six points in a 2-0 week, including a game-winning second half tally in a 2-1 triumph at fourth-ranked Bentley. Added a pair of markers in a victory at Saint Anselm.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Dani Ryder, Stonehill (So., GK, Gloucester, MA) - Picked up a pair of wins in goal in 2-0 with a 0.67 GAA and six saves for .857 saves percentage, including six stops in a 2-1 victory at fourth-ranked Bentley.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Laura Nimon, Stonehill (Fr., F, Gardiner, ME) – Notched a goal and three assists for five points in a 2-0 week, including a goal and two helpers in a 6-0 win at Saint Anselm and an assist on the game-winning goal in a 2-1 triumph at fourth-ranked Bentley.

Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll:

Aly Boulis, Stonehill (So., MF, Lincoln, RI) – Netted a pair of goals in a 2-0 week, tallying in a win at Saint Anselm and netting the game-tying goal in a 2-1 triumph at fourth-ranked Bentley.

Ashley Freeman, Stonehill (So., D, White River Junction, VT) - Notched three assists in a 2-0 week, including a pair of helpers in a win at Saint Anselm and an assist on the game-tying goal in 2-1 triumph at fourth-ranked Bentley.

Northeast-10 Weekly Notes:

STONEHILL: Stonehill, ranked seventh in last week's NFHCA Division II national poll for the third straight week, completed its first-ever regular season series sweep of fourth-ranked Bentley with Thursday's 2-1 win over the 2004 NCAA Division II national runner-up Falcons. The Skyhawks posted their first-ever victory in Waltham and snapped Bentley's 17-match regular season home winning streak that dated back to September 2004 in the process. Stonehill had notched a 2-0 win over the Falcons back on September 8th in Easton. The Skyhawks, who have matched their best start through 12 matches at 10-2, have been nationally-ranked in the NFHCA poll in 35 of last 40 weeks. Sophomore G Dani Ryder (Gloucester, Mass.) has now recorded 14 shutout wins among her 23 career victories in just 34 career appearances for Stonehill in net.
