Northeast-10 Weekly Notes:

STONEHILL: School records continue to fall for the Skyhawks, as Saturday's win at Assumption enabled Stonehill to set a single-season school record for victories with 16, eclipsing the previous mark of 15 set in 2001. The Skyhawks' three wins last week over Bryant, American International and Assumption extended Stonehill's school-record winning streak to 12 straight dating back to September 14th. Another school record fell in Tuesday's 7-3 win over Bryant when the Skyhawks netted six first-half goals. That contest was the second highest scoring affair in school history, surpassed only by an eight-goal performance against Saint Anselm. Stonehill, ranked sixth in last week's NFHCA Division II national poll, appeared in the national rankings for the 38th time in the last 43 weeks. The Skyhawks' second place finish in the conference regular season standings is their highest ever, as Stonehill has earned its first bye into the league semifinal round. Tuesday's victory over Bryant marked the 75th career triumph for Head Coach Pam Arpe, who sports a 77-42 (.647) mark in six seasons at Stonehill. Sophomore M Ashley Freeman (White River Junction, Vt.) tied a Stonehill single-game record with four assists in Tuesday's win over Bryant. Sophomore G Dani Ryder (Gloucester, Mass.) has set a Skyhawk single-season record with 16 victories. Stonehill led the Northeast-10 in both goals for (63) and goals allowed (15) during the regular season. The Skyhawks have more wins (16) than goals allowed on the year. Sophomore F Caitlin Gleason (New Boston, N.H.) has recorded the highest two-year point total in Stonehill history, as she has notched 67 points in just 39 matches.
