Tyler Moody is in his 11th season as an assistant coach with the Stonehill College football team, entering his sixth year as offensive coordinator, while also being promoted to associate head coach in 2020. He is in his third season as position coach of the quarterbacks after overseeing the Skyhawks offensive line for eight years.

Stonehill’s offensive line continually developed into one of the top units in the Northeast-10 over Moody’s five years in charge of the unit, ranking among Conference leaders for pass protection stats, while also paving the way for recent graduate Colin Markus ’16, who led the NE-10 in rushing in 2014. The Skyhawks offensive line has collected five All-Northeast-10 Conference honors over his five seasons in charge, including a pair of first team selections in Tom Linden ’15 and Chris Bolte ’13. Rising senior Anthony Siciliano, a second team All-NE-10 selection last season, earned a spot on the NE-10’s All-Rookie Team as a freshman.

Stonehill ranked among NCAA Division II leaders for fewest sacks allowed (16th) at 1.09 per game - good for second in the NE-10 in 2014. Stonehill won a share of its first Northeast-10 regular season championship in 2013 in Moody’s first season as run game coordinator as the offense ranked second in the Conference and 22nd nationally in Division II for red zone offense (86%). The offensive line ranked second in the NE-10 and 30th nationally for fewest tackles for loss allowed under Moody's direction in 2012, with the Skyhawks ranking fourth in the Conference for fewest sacks allowed (1.7/gm) and the offense averaged 350.2 yards per game, including 5.2 yards per play, with 101.6 rushing yards per game and 24.2 points per game.

Prior to joining the coaching staff at Stonehill, Moody spent one season at the University of Massachusetts where he served as assistant offensive line coach for the No. 2-ranked total offense in the CAA. He managed the recruiting territory for New Jersey, Northern California and Ohio.

Moody spent two seasons at Amherst College, serving as outside linebackers coach, coaching a pair of All-Conference selections and one Rookie of the Year. He assisted the defensive coordinator in daily practice and weekly game planning, while operating the offensive scout team. Moody also managed the recruiting areas in California, Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Colorado and Ohio.

Moody is a 2008 graduate of Centre College in Danville, Ky. He was a four year starter for the Colonels' football program, serving as team captain his senior season. He was a three-time All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) honoree and earned All-South Region honors and participated in the Division III Football Aztec Bowl in 2007.

Moody, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, currently resides in Braintree.
