| The Game Stonehill College heads back on the road Saturday afternoon for a Northeast-10 Conference matchup at LIU Post, ranked No. 9 in the AFCA Division II poll and 13th in the D2Football.com Media Poll, at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium at 1 p.m. The Skyhawks look to bounce back after a tough 45-26 setback to Southern Connecticut State in their NE10 and home opener last weekend, while the Pioneers are off to a 2-0 start following a 35-34 comeback win at New Haven last Saturday. Congratulations! Stonehill head coach Eli Gardner and his wife, Stephanie, welcomed their first child, when son, Camden Brent Gardner, was born at 8:55 p.m., last Saturday night - approximately five minutes upon the conclusion of Stonehill's NE10 opener against Southern Connecticut State. With Gardner not on the sideline, offensive coordinator Tyler Moody served as acting head coach for the Skyhawks against Southern Connecticut State and special teams and linebackers coach Ken Goodwin called the defense in Gardner's absence. 
They're HonoredSophomores Andrew Jamiel (Yarmouth, Mass.) and Matthew Haite (Kington, Mass.) were both named to the Northeast-10 Conference's weekly honor roll on Monday for their efforts in week two against Southern Connecticut State. • Jamiel caught a season-high 14 passes for a season-best 125 yards and a touchdown against the Owls. • Haite totaled eight points by converting a pair of field goals, including a career-long of 49 yards, and added two extra point conversions. He's A 5,000 Man Senior quarterback Matt Foltz (Mount Joy, Pa.) became just the second player in program history to surpass 5,000 career passing yards, joining Logan Meyer '14 for the honors, in week one at Bloomsburg. He enters today's game with 5,452 career yards - closing in on Logan's record total of 6,927. Fresh Catch Sophomore flanker Andrew Jamiel (Yarmouth, Mass.) has picked right up where he left off after a fresman season in which he led Division II with 9.1 receptions per game, matching the program record with his 91 receptions in ten games play. He leads the NE10 and currently ranks seventh nationally with his 10.5 receptions per game through two weeks. 
Making a PassSenior quarterback Matt Foltz (Mount Joy, Pa.) posted the sixth-highest single-game passing yardage total in program history with his 335 yards against Southern Connecticut State on Saturday night. His 27 completions (on 44 attempts) is tied for the fifth-highest single-game total in program history. Foltz holds both single-game marks, throwing for a record 421 yards at LIU Post in 2015 and completing 37 passes against New Haven in 2016. Twin 100s Senior Kevin Dick (Tewksbury, Mass.) and sophomore Andrew Jamiel (Yarmouth, Mass.) both collected over 100 receiving yards against Southern Connecticut State on Saturday. Dick had four receptions for a career-high 112 yards, including a spectacular 73-yard touchdown catch in the second half, while Jamiel added a season-best 125 yards on 14 receptions, giving 100-plus yards in back to back weeks for the first time in his career and sixth time in 12 career games overall. Out Like a Lamb Stonehill nearly had three receivers in triple digits for receiving yards as junior tight end Justin Lamb (Plymouth, Mass.) notched career-highs with four receptions for 82 yards, including a career-best 67-yard catch for his first career touchdown to round out the Skyhawks scoring on Saturday night. 
Big HitterSophomore Matthew Haite (Kington, Mass.) leads the NE10 kickers in scoring with 22 points, having converted all five field goal attempts this season. He delivered a career-long 49-yarder against Southern Connecticut State on Saturday, the longest field goal in the NE10 this season. The kick gives him four field goals of 40-yards or more for his career, including two this season, converting 4-of-6 career attempts over 40 yards. Haite is also averaging 61.2 yards per kickoff attempt this year, with five touchbacks, to help the Skyhawks control field position. 1,000 Yards Sophomore flanker Andrew Jamiel (Yarmouth, Mass.) surpassed 1,000 career yards receiving with his 125 yards against Southern Connecticut State last weekend. He enters Saturday's matchup with LIU Post just ten receiving yards shy of cracking the program's career top ten list for receiving yards with his 1,088 yards in 12 career games played. Touchdown Totals Senior quarterback Matt Foltz (Mount Joy, Pa.) enters this weekend's game at LIU Post just one rushing touchdown shy of cracking the program's career top-ten list, having carried for 12 career touchdowns, to go along with his 44 career touchdown passes, which ranks third all-time. Sophomore Andrew Jamiel (Yarmouth, Mass.) and junior tight end Kaleb Lutton (Middletown, Conn.) both have nine career touchdown receptions, which is one shy of the program's career top ten in that category.
