EASTON, Mass. (February 25, 2015) - The Stonehill College football program has signed 16 future student-athletes to National Letters of Intent (NLI) since the February signing period opened with National Signing Day on February 4.
Of the 16 signees for eighth-year head coach Robert Talley to date, 11 came on Signing Day, Wednesday, February 4.
Stonehill have signed eight on both the the offensive side of the ball and defensive side. Five signees are from Massachusetts, with three each from Connecticut, Maryland and New Jersey and two from New York.

Stonehill finished its 2014 season with a 5-6 record overall, including a 4-5 mark in Northeast-10 play. The Skyhawks capped their season with a 19-11 victory over Saint Anselm College on NE-10 Championship Weekend in the No. 5 vs. 6 game. The Skyhawks boast the No. 6-ranked defense in Division II, leading the NE-10 for total defense, passing defense and rushing defense, while ranking second for scoring defense.
