Finishes sixth among NE-10 leaders for fumble recovered. Posted two double-figure tackle performances. Made his collegiate debut in season-opening win over Curry (9/2) and posted five tackles (two solo). Registered six stops (one solo), recovered a fumble and broke up one pass against rival Bentley (9/16). Recorded his first career double-figure tackle performace with 11 (four solo), including a half sack for a loss of four yards, at #23 New Haven (10/1). Made five tackles (three solo), including 2.5 for a loss of three yards, a half sack and forced fumble in shutout win over Pace (10/15). Posted a career-high 15 tackles (one solo) and a fumble recovery at Merrimack (10/22). NE-10 Rookie of the Week (10/3).

High School: 2011 graduate of Saint John's of Shrewsbury High School. Four year letterwinner for coach John Andredi, serving as a captain his senior year. Helped lead the Pioneers to the Central Massachusetts Division I Super Bowl championship as a senior. Earned Worcester Telegram & Gazette All-Scholastic and Central Mass Division I All-Star honors. Named captain of the Central Massachusetts team at the Massachusetts Shrine Bowl. Member of the Student Activities Council.

Personal: Born June 20, 1993, in Worcester, Mass. Son of Tim and Joanne Hogan of Westborough, Mass. Has two sisters, Colleen (28) and Patti (23), and a brother, Tim (26). Majoring in accounting. Received St. Thomas Aquinas, Patron Saint of Students, Medal for having the highest cumulative grade point average on the team. Lists winning the Central Mass Super Bowl as his greatest sports moment to date. Supports the New England Patriots. Lists Ray Lewis as a favorite athlete.
