Threw for 2,076 yards and 20 touchdowns his senior year. Team captured three-straight Conference championships. Earned Lunch Pail Scholar-Athlete of the Year accolades. Student Council member. Also lettered in track & field as a javelin thrower.
Personal: Born February 2, 1990, in New Britain, Conn. Son of John and Caroline Turek of Southington, Conn. Has a brother, Austin (20), who plays football at Nichols College. Majoring in political science. Serves as chair of the Stonehill Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Also active with Lifeskills and College Democrats. Supports the New York Yankees. Lists Peyton Manning as a favorite athlete. Football team's Student-Athlete Advisory Commitee representative.
