2010: Athletic Director's Honor Roll Spring Semester. NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll both semesters.

2007: Appeared in nine contests, making five tackles in the loss at Southern Conn. (10/27).

High School: 2007 graduate of Austin Prep High School. Lettered in both football and baseball. Named captain of the football as a senior. Named a Catholic Central League All-star. Member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born February 10, 1989 in Woburn, MA. Son of Alfred and Nan Vardaro of Woburn, MA.  Has a younger brother, Jesse (17). Lists favorite athletes as Patrick Willis and Ryder Kern.
