High School: 2009 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School. Captained both lacrosse and football teams senior year. Earned 3rd team All-State and 2nd team All-Conference honors. Was also apart of a state championship lacrosse team.

Personal: Born March 11,1991 in Dover, Delaware. Son of Robert and Julie Norwood of Rehoboth, DE. Has one sister, Jessica (20). Sister plays softball at Howard University in Washington, DC. Supports the Cowboys and lists favorite athlete as Emmit Smith.
