Skyhawks Ride Well At Tournament Of Champions

Painesville, Ohio – The Skyhawks rode well in their last show of the 2008 at the Tournament of Champions at Lake Erie College last weekend, led by captain Jamie Marsalise (Laurel Hollow, N.Y.).

Marsalise finished eighth in her Open Flat competition. The senior also finished eighth our of 41 riders in her medal class, which is comprised of both a flat and fences phase.

Freshman Nina Crossely (Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J.) out performed 13 other competitors to take first place in her Walk-Trot class.

Also, senior Chantel LeClair (Walpole, Mass.) finished eighth in Novice Fences while senior Brianna Touzjian (Hopkinton, Mass.) took home seventh place in her Novice Flat Class.
