Greg Zackrison is entering his fifth season as an assistant coach with the Stonehill College baseball team.

Zackrison comes to Stonehill with over 10 years of baseball coaching experience under his belt, most recently as an associate head coach with Massasoit Community College from 2003-13. In that capacity, Zackrison assisted in all aspects of practices, games, recruiting, fund raising, team management and field maintenance under 2011 NJCAA Hall of Fame inductee Tom Frizzell.

While at Massasoit, Zackrison helped guide the Warriors to a 297-164 overall record, including four New England Regional XXI Championships, a 2010 Massachusetts State NJCAA Championship and a 2013 MCCAC Championship. He coached 12 All-America selections, including four First Team selections, and 53 All-Region student-athletes.

Zackrison also coached the Plymouth Pilgrims of the NECBL in 2013, and the Oneonta Outlaws of the NYCBL from 2009-12, where he won the NYCBL Championship and Coach of the Year honors in 2011 after leading his team to a 33-13 record. Zachrison has gained further coaching experience with the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League (2007-08) and the Saratoga Phillies of the NYCBL (2009), and he has served as the director of several baseball camps at Massasoit during his time as an assistant coach.

A native of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Zackrison earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth in 2001, and his Masters of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Bridgewater State College in 2003. He is an active member of the American Baseball Coaches Association.
