Quinn matched a career-best three RBI for the second time this season

For the Skyhawks, Thomas Quinn (Wilbraham, Massachusetts/Wilbraham Monson) led the team as he went 2-for-4 with three RBI, while John Orzechowski (Monroe, Connecticut/Masuk) went 2-for-4 at the plate with one RBI. Orzechowski stole his eighth base of the season, 23rd career

Stonehill was able to get another run across in the top of the sixth with Quinn's single to right center, advancing Rob Duarte (Raynham, Massachusetts/Bridgewater-Raynham) across home plate, 10-2. The Penmen quickly gained that run back in the bottom of the inning after a lead off walk turned into a run as Tom Blandini lined out to right field and Caleb Potter tagged on the play from third. Two more runs crossed home in the bottom of the seventh, 13-2, but the Skyhawks stopped the Penmen from scoring as three were left on base after a fielder's choice.

Quinn grounded out to the pitcher, but Duarte sprinted home for a nine-run game, 13-3.
