2010: Played in 35 games and started 32. Hit .322(37-for-115) with 20 runs scored , 17 RBI, 8 doubles and two triples. Went a combine 5-for-9 with five runs scored and four RBI in a double header versus Pace University(3/20). Had a 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and three RBI in a game against C.W. Post (5/15).  

Previous College: Played one season at Southern Connecticut State University. Appeared in 13 games for the Owls as a freshman in 2009, starting ten. Hit .268 (11-for-41) with three runs scored, four doubles, a home run, stolen base and RBI. 

High School: 2008 graduate of Thayer Academy. Three-year letterwinner. Independent Schools League All-Star and Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic honoree. Led ISL in home runs and RBI's. Set school record for home runs. Also lettered in cross country, serving as captain senior year. Received team's Coaches Award as a senior.

Personal: Born on April 27, 1990, in Weymouth, Mass. Son of Richard, Sr., and Susan McHugh of Pembroke, Mass. Majoring in criminology. Supports the New England Patriots. Lists Ted Williams and Dustin Pedroia as favorite athletes.
