High School: 2007 graduate of Brockton High School. Letterwinner for baseball, serving as captain. His team was named 2007 Massachusetts State Champions. Earned Post 35 Legion Baseball.

Personal: Born on July 16, 1989 in Brockton, Mass. Son of Patrick Galligan and Ann Marrese of Easton, Mass. Has two siblings, Sean and Gena. Majors in business management at the college. Supports the Boston Red Sox. Lists Bill Lee as favorite athlete.
