Dance Team

Each year, the Stonehill College Dance Team trains to compete at the Dance Team Union National Championship, which takes place every April in Orlando, Fl. They train and perform in the styles of jazz, pom, and hip-hop. 

The dance team also performs at all home football and basketball games as well as various events on campus. The team practices 3-4 times a week during both Fall and Spring Semester. The dance team volunteers throughout the year at events such as Relay For Life and Special Olympics. 

Auditions for Dance Team are composed of 2 rounds; a virtual submission due by June 1^st, and in-person final auditions by invite-only after one of the freshmen orientation sessions towards the end of June.  For students who are unable to travel and audition on-site we are flexible to come up with accommodations to ensure every student interested in joining the team is able to tryout.
