Denise Archetto joined Stonehill in August 2016 as the Athletic Communications Manager at Stonehill College. She is the contact for men's and women's soccer, men's and women's cross country, women's volleyball, ice hockey, women's indoor and outdoor track and field, baseball and softball, and equestrian.

During the 2017-18 academic year, Archetto earned three awards for her coverage of the cross country programs, volleyball, and graphic design. In December she received the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCCA) Excellence in Communications Award for Cross Country, followed by the American Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA) Grant Burger Media Award as the East Region recipient for NCAA Division II in July. To wrap up the year, the Archetto also earned her first recognition from the College Sports Information Director's of America (CoSIDA) for excellence in publications and digital design. The women's basketball poll graphic received "Eighth in the Nation" for the College Division (NCAA Division II & III and NAIA) in CoSIDA's Infographic Athlete category.

Archetto previously worked at Harvard University as an Athletic Communications Intern after working as a game day assistant with the Crimson prior.  She served as the primary contact for men’s volleyball, women’s tennis, sailing, and men’s and women’s fencing and was the secondary contact for women’s basketball and men’s ice hockey. 

Archetto also worked with the Massachusetts Amateur Sports Foundation as the Bay State Games Public Relations Intern for two summers producing content for their website, programs and scouting guides, while also managing the organization’s social media. Along with public relations, Archetto worked closely with ice hockey, fencing, swimming and diving, and badminton. 

During her undergraduate career, Archetto worked with the athletic communications departments at Lasell College. She was responsible for set-up and take down during game days, inputting in-game stats, writing game stories, taking photos, and posting on social media. A native of Cranston, Rhode Island, Archetto was a member of the Lasell College softball team for four years and was named co-captain her senior year.

Archetto graduated cum laude from Lasell College in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. She also received Master of Education degree with a concentration in Athletic Administration with the Van Loan School at Endicott College in May 2017.
