Larry Keating, a former assistant men’s basketball coach at his alma mater, served as the Senior Associate Athletics Director at the University of Kansas. He served for 12 years as the Director of Athletics at Seton Hall University and oversaw the Pirates’ run to the 1989 NCAA Men’s Basketball national championship game against Michigan. Keating served as the Assistant Commissioner for Football/Basketball for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference for two years prior to assuming his duties at Kansas in August 2003.
