Stonehill Athletics Fall Spectator Policy for Home Contests

SPECTATOR POLICY FOR HOME CONTESTS - Effective August 24, 2021 (UPDATED: February 22, 2022)

Stonehill is eager to welcome spectators to attend athletic contests on campus this fall while following appropriate COVID safety guidance from local and state health agencies. Please visit the Stonehill Athletics website for the latest guidelines prior to traveling to Stonehill, as all COVID protocols are subject to change.

In order to safely permit spectator attendance on our campus, we ask you to please take a moment and review our home contest spectator policies:

Prior to arriving on campus, each member of your party must complete the Stonehill centralized Campus Access Authorization Form. Please note the online form must be completed on the day of your planned visit, and if you or any member of your travel party is exhibiting any COVID symptoms, you may not access the Stonehill campus.
After successfully completing the centralized Campus Access Authorization Form, you will receive an email credential, providing you to access to campus to attend an athletic contest.
Upon arrival at Stonehill's main entrance on Belmont Street, please inform the gate attendant you are attending a sporting event and display the email credential on your smartphone (or print out) to the gate attendant.
Spectators are not required to wear a mask at home athletic events, home or away, but are welcome and encouraged to do so if they choose.
To help keep our campus community safe, we kindly ask that all visitors do not enter campus buildings other than Merkert Gym (basketball & volleyball venue). Portable restrooms will be provided for spectators at all outdoor contest venues.
No indoor pre- or postgame 'tailgating' or other group event is permitted at this time. Spectators are welcome to enjoy gathering outdoors rain or shine while adhering to COVID guidelines.
Please note there may be different guidelines in place at away contests not held on the Stonehill College campus. We encourage you to contact the host institution or visit their athletic department website to find information on COVID policies in place at their school.
